To aid in your review of the updates a summary sheet highlighting only what has changed has been attached to this e-mail. Thank you for all your help in the continued review of the ULDC. 10.03.01(B)(3).
"3. Property owners that are adjacent to the subject property, to include those across all right-of-way, shall be notified by certified mail. The certified mail shall include the location of the property, the present zoning classification of the property, the proposed zoning classification of the property and the date, time, and place of the hearing."They're also charging the rezoning applicant $5 for each adjacent property plus $250 for advertisement, and a $350 filing fee.
